1. All items are based on first come first serve basis.

2. Serious buyers only! All sales are final.

3. Payment method is through bank/wire transfers only (Maybank).

4. The maximum period for reservation is 3 days. Otherwise, the items will be sold to the next person in line (if any).

5. Any cancellation of orders will not be refunded.

6. Items sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.

7. Shipping and handling cost starts from RM5 depends on the weight/size of item(s). I do combine shipping.

8. Items will be sent via Pos Laju.

9. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays).

10. I will not be responsible for any damage/loss of items during shipment.
